St. Mark’s Welcomes Beijing Students
Over the weekend of January 17, St. Mark’s welcomed six tenth-graders from Beijing #4 Middle and High School (BHSF), who will be studying at 10600 Preston Road for the next few weeks. This is another step in the long-standing exchange program between St. Mark’s and BHSF, who hosted eight Marksmen last June.
During their stay, the Beijing students will live with a series of host families, who will spend weekends educating them on local culture, customs, and food, including a group trip to the Ft. Worth Stockyards.
Beijing #4 Middle and High School is considered one of the most prestigious secondary schools in China and was founded in 1906, the same year as St. Mark’s.
