Facilities

St. Mark's athletic facilities provide a space for Lions to train and compete while also learning valuable lessons of teamwork and determination. In addition, the School will soon celebrate the opening of the Zierk Athletic Center, a 77,000-square-foot multi-use facility that will include a new gymnasium and natatorium.

    • Norma and Lamar Hunt Family Stadium

      Hunt Stadium is the school’s main outdoor athletic field for varsity competition including football, soccer, lacrosse, and track and field. A lighted, all-weather field turf stadium is surrounded by a eight-lane Tartan competition all-weather track.

    • Morris G. Spencer Gymnasium

      Spencer Gym was completely renovated in October 2019 to become a competition-level gymnasium and currently serves as the primary space for all indoor sports.

    • Ralph B. Rogers Natatorium

      Rogers Natatorium is a competition indoor swimming and diving facility. It supports varsity water polo, swimming, and diving, in addition to supporting physical education programs and camps. Originally constructed in the 1970’s and named in honor of long-time Trustee, Ralph B. Rogers, the pool was completely renovated in 2001.

    • Michel L. Mullen Family Fitness Center

      Michel L. Mullen Family Fitness Center houses weight training, cardiovascular and other fitness facilities to support athletic teams and physical education programs. Locker rooms, trainer’s facilities, equipment distribution, coaches’ offices, fitness lab, and a film room highlight this state-of-the-art building.

    • Arthur P. Ruff Field

      Arthur P. Ruff Field serves as the varsity baseball facility. Located adjacent to the Lower School, Ruff Field is often host to SPC Championships as one of the finest baseball facilities in the Conference.

    • Winn Family Wrestling Center

      The Winn Family Wrestling Center is located in Spencer Gymnasium and hosts all of the school’s wrestling facilities and programs. Competition mats, electronic tournament scoring clocks, and other tournament and training facilities support the school’s renowned wrestling program.

    • Roby Mize Training Room

      The Roby Mize Training Room features state-of-the-art equipment to keep St. Mark’s athletes safe & healthy.
