2014 Commencement Speaker Announced
The Class of 2014 has selected former Navy SEAL Lieutenant Commander Rorke Denver to deliver their Commencement address on May 23, 2014. LCDR Denver visited St. Mark's last December where he shared some of his experiences of what it takes to be a man of honor and courage, not only through his combat history but also as a team leader of the nation's most elite soldiers.
During his distinguished career, LCDR Denver led elite SEAL teams across the globe and ran every phase of the SEAL's infamous training program. In 2012, he starred alongside fellow SEAL's in the hit film Act of Valor and recently authored the book Damn Few: Making the Modern SEAL Warrior.
