Gift Drive Breaks Record
Despite a wintery ice storm, the Senior Class and Community Service Program surpassed its original goal of collecting 2,014 gifts. Thanks to the generosity of the entire community, a total of 3,304 gifts were collected, with several more boxes still to be sorted and counted.
On Thursday, December 18, some of the gifts will be delivered to David's Place, part of the Jubilee Center in Dallas, which provides early childhood education and prepares students to succeed upon entering elementary school.
