About the Play
Guys and Dolls is about 1930s gamblers and the women who put up with them. Nathan Detroit runs the biggest floating crap-shooting game in New York City. But with pressure on from the police and his long-time fiancée Adelaide, he has to front one thousand dollars for a secret place to hold the game.
