    Alli Carroll joined St. Mark’s in 2022 and currently serves as school nurse. Carroll earned her B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor of science degree from New York University. Before joining St. Mark’s, she worked for Children’s Health and Texas Children’s Hospital. Prior to entering the nursing profession, Carroll had a career in public relations.

    Coming to St. Mark’s in 2022, Anna Crouch is senior associate director of Admission and Financial Aid. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College. Prior to joining the School, Crouch was director of Admission at Mercersburg Academy, a college preparatory boarding school. At Mercersburg, she served as dorm parent, class dean, advisor and yoga teacher alongside her admission duties for 11 years. Previously, Crouch worked at a boutique public relations firm specializing in crisis management in Washington, D.C. She serves as a seventh grade adviser.

    A member of the Nasher Sculpture Center Teacher Advisory Board, Suzuko Davis began her St. Mark’s career in 2013, where she is a member of the Fine Arts faculty, teaching classes in Lower School art. Previously, she worked at the Nasher Sculpture Center as a gallery teacher. Before moving to Dallas, she lived in New York where she worked as a studio assistant to several artists and in the fabrication department at the Guggenheim Museum of Art. Additionally, she was on the faculty at the Pelham Art Center in Pelham, NY where she taught classes for both children and adults and was an outreach educator working with a wide variety of local communities. At St. Mark’s, she is sponsor of the American Sign Language and the Digital Art clubs. She received the John H. Murrell Excellence in Teaching Award in 2020.

    Julie Doerge joined the St. Mark’s faculty in 2006 and is the school nurse. Doerge earned her A.D. from Ferris State University and is a registered nurse (RN). She previously worked ten years at the Hockaday School, six years at the Kingwood School and worked six years overseas in England and Switzerland. Doerge spent two summers working at the Dallas Health and Human Services with Dr. Wendy Chung. She is a member of the National Association of School Nurses and the Texas School Nurse Association. Doerge received both the Ralph B. Rogers Alumni Award and the Marksmen yearbook dedication in 2022.

    Returning to his alma mater, Dr. Zachary Erwin ’96 serves as chair of the Language Department, a position he has held since 2018. He teaches classes in Spanish and earned a bachelor’s degree from Emory University. He holds master’s and doctoral degrees from Duke University. Prior to St. Mark’s, Erwin taught Spanish language at Swarthmore College, the University of Texas at Austin and Monmouth College. He sponsors the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica Spanish Honor Society and is a member of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese and the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Language.

    Before coming to St. Mark’s in 2004, Marion earned her B.F.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma in theater performance and an M.L.A. degree from Southern Methodist University. A mom to two Marksmen (Michael Kirby ‘32 and Christopher Kirby ‘34), Glorioso-Kirby has served as Senior Class sponsor, and sponsored both the Improve Troupe and Fine Arts Board. She has taught drama in all three divisions, has led six international Choir tours to England and coordinates the School’s presence at the annual ISAS Fine Arts Festival. She received the John H. Murrell Excellence in Teaching Award and was a finalist for the Ralph. B. Rogers Award.

    Known as “Mr. K,”Garrett Kheshtinejad joined the St. Mark’s faculty in 2022 and teaches music in the Lower School. He earned a Bachelors of Music degree in music education from Westminster Choir College of Rider University. Through his choral work, Kheshtinejad has had many opportunities to travel and tour the United States and countries throughout Europe. In high school, he was selected as a tenor in the 2010 and 2011 Texas All State Men’s Choir. Furthermore, through his affiliation with the Youth Chorus of Greater Dallas, he sang for the official release of former President George W. Bush’s book Decision Points. He later moved to Princeton, NJ and completed his bachelor’s degree in music education, graduating magna cum laude from Westminster Choir College in 2016. Prior to St. Mark’s, he held teaching positions in both Fort Worth and Victoria school districts. He also sings with St. Rita Catholic Church choir.

    After being drafted by the National Football League and playing with the Dallas Cowboys and the San Diego Chargers, Sean Lissemore joined the St. Mark’s administrative team as athletic director in 2019. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary and his master’s degree from Indiana University. A former collegiate football player at the College of William and Mary, he served as team captain and earned All-American honors. His professional football career consisted of 69 games, where he registered 135 tackles, 6.5 sacks per game, one interception and one touchdown over a seven year career as a defensive lineman. He founded and organized the Sean Lissemore Youth Football Camp, a free enrichment program for children in Dumont, N.J. and was named the San Diego Charger’s NFL Military Salute to Service nominee. He’s a member of the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association and serves as eighth grade class adviser.

    Kathy Mallick joined the St. Mark’s staff in 2016 as administrative assistant in the Lower School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from California State University-Los Angeles. Mallick is the mom to four Marksmen — Sam ’10, Joe ’11, Jack ’14 and Will ’20 — and served as Parents’ Association president in 2015-2016.

    After teaching theater around Dallas-Fort Worth for 22 years, Kineta Massey joined the St. Mark’s faculty in 2023. She attended Los Angeles City College Theater Academy and has worked with Dallas Children’s Theater, Big Thought, Bath House Cultural Center and City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs. She has also taught in the Dallas Independent School District and toured with Missoula Children’s Theater. Massey currently serves as the Lower School drama teacher.

    A member of the Lower School faculty since 2010, Susan Morris currently serves as a second-grade teacher. Prior to teaching math, language arts and social studies at St. Mark’s, she spent more than 30 years serving as a second-grade teacher at The Hockaday School and a third-grade teacher at The Collegiate School in Richmond, Virginia. Morris earned her B.S. from the University of Texas and an M.L.A. from University of Richmond.

    Bridget Redondo-Doan earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a M.F.T. from University of Southern California. She has been serving as Lower School counselor since joining the faculty in 2021 as a member of the Marksman Wellness Center team. Previously, Redondo-Doan was a clinical therapist at Children’s Medical Center Dallas and a therapist at Dallas Metrocare. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist supervisor and licensed professional counselor. She is a member of the American School Counselor Association, the American Psychological Association, the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and the Lonestar State School Counselor Association.

    Dr. Gabriela Reed has been a member of the St. Mark’s community since 2014. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and currently serves as the director of the Marksman Wellness Center. She earned her B.S. from Texas A&M University and Ph.D. from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Reed completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Children’s Health and was a psychologist in the Department of Gastroenterology. She developed the Middle School Health and Wellness curriculum and teaches the seventh and eighth grade health and wellness classes.

    Mark Sullivan joined the St. Mark's School of Texas faculty in 1982 as the Lower School Physical Education Coordinator. Prior to his appointment as the Director of Athletics and Physical Education in 2000, Mark has served the school as the Wilderness Program Director, the Assistant Head of the Middle School and as a coach and teacher in the Athletic Department. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas, and is a recipient of the John H. Murrell Excellence in Teaching Award. Mark's coaching has included numerous Middle School sports as well as the Varsity Volleyball team and the Varsity Diving team.
